Meet Casey

Bro Candle began in 2024 when Casey started making candles in his own kitchen. He'd struggled to find a candle brand that reflected the fragrances and style he was looking for, so he decided to make his own.

His idea was to create candles built around traditionally masculine fragrances, including tobacco, leather, whisky and oud.

What started as a personal project has grown into an independent British candle business, based in Shifnal, Shropshire.

Casey's original idea remains at the heart of Bro Candle: distinctive fragrances, handmade products and something a little different from the usual candle collections.

The collection brings together fragrances such as leather, tobacco, sandalwood and fresh botanical notes. Although designed with men in mind, they're fragrances that anyone can enjoy.

I wanted Plainly Does It to offer gifts and home fragrances for different tastes, and Bro Candle stood out straight away.

I liked Casey's story of starting a business because he couldn't find what he was looking for. The distinctive fragrances, simple presentation and handmade approach all appealed to me.
