How to use
How to use
Start with four or five black fibre reeds, adjusting the number to suit the strength you prefer. Turn the reeds two or three times during the first week, then as desired. If using natural rattan reeds instead, Valentte recommends starting with all reeds during the first week and adjusting afterwards.
